Fotografiska Foto of the Day

 I’m honored to share that one of my recent images has been selected as Foto of the Day by Fotografiska Emerging.

The featured image was inspired by the hand gestures found in Old Master paintings. Rather than presenting the tulip in a traditionally arranged still life, the flower moves with the female hand — soft, fluid, and alive.

Foto of the Day is part of Fotografiska’s new Emerging online platform, where seven images are selected each week photographs that tell a story and invite viewers to look closer.

This recognition feels especially meaningful as I continue developing a body of work centered on gesture, movement, and a contemporary interpretation of still life.
